Shop Local and Win gives the community the chance to win each month. All Gold Coast residents and visitors can go in the draw to win, with the competition running until June 2024.

The Shop Local and Win competition aims to support small business via the pre-purchase of vouchers and store credits, secured from local businesses on the GCLR3 corridor.
Shop Local and Win is available to Gold Coast residents and visitors older than 18 (or have the approval of a parent or guardian if under 18 years of age), who spend $10 or more at a local business.
How to Enter
Spend $10 or more at any participating business within 300 metres of the Gold Coast Highway between Hooker Boulevard, Broadbeach and Brake Street, Burleigh Heads, between 10 October 2022 and 30 June 2024.

Note there is a new prize pool for each month of the competition
The Shop Local and Win competition is available to Gold Coast residents and visitors over the age of 18 (or have the approval of a parent or guardian if under 18 years of age), who spend $10 or more at a local business*.
Residents and visitors may enter the competition multiple times. Every $10 spent at a local business will qualify for one (1) entry in the competition. Entrants can submit more than one entry each month with a maximum of ten (10) entries per person, per month. If an entrant spends $100 at a Local Business/Retailer in one transaction, they will receive ten (10) entries in the draw for that month. If an entrant spends $20 at one Local Business/Retailer, and another $30 at another within the same month, they will receive five (5) entries for that month.
Entries for each competition month will accept transactions from the 1st of the month until 11:59pm on the last day of the month. The total prize pool for each month, as well as opening and closing dates, are published on this page.
*A local business or retailer is defined as a business located within a 300 metre radius of the GCLR3 project boundary (located on the Gold Coast Highway, between Hooker Boulevard, Broadbeach to Brake Street, Burleigh Heads). Please note that major retailers and shopping centres are excluded from the competition.
The prize pool will vary each month. The prizes for each month will be published on the website at the beginning of each month. There may one or multiple prizes for each month.
The winner will be selected at random, using a randomized algorithm. Winners will be notified via email and phone. Results will be published via the website during business hours on the draw date.

Businesses located from Broadbeach south to Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast Highway need your support while Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 3 works are underway. Even when work is occurring right outside a business, the shopfront looks different, and there is traffic and parking changes, don’t let that stop you from going through the front door.
Love Your Local will run until construction is complete. There will be a range of advertisements, pop-up events and activations, shop local competitions and more.
